The Uncountable Assistant, Uncountable’s AI chatbot, has recently been updated. The assistant has been renamed to Bodie AI and, next week, the ✨ sparkles icon used to open it will move to the bottom of the navigation bar.
No functionality has changed — this update only affects the assistant’s name and where to access it.
What’s changing
Assistant name
Before: The AI assistant was labeled “Uncountable Assistant” in headers, panels, and all references throughout the platform.
Now: The assistant is now labeled Bodie AI everywhere it appears, including the sidepanel header, Quick Actions, and any contextual references within the platform.
Sparkles button location
Before: The ✨ sparkles icon appeared in the top-right corner of the navigation bar, alongside the workspace name.
Now: The sparkles icon will now be located in the navigation bar footer section, grouped with other persistent navigation controls at the bottom of the sidebar.
Why “Bodie”?
Bodie AI is named after Bode. Bode, our founder Jason’s Labradoodle, was born just a few months after Uncountable was founded and grew up alongside the company.
Bode passed from cancer in November 2025, and this name is meant to carry him forward as part of the Uncountable family. A larger announcement is coming soon.
Rollout
The Bodie AI name change is already live across all workspaces. The ✨ button location update will go live Tuesday, May 19. No action is required — it will appear automatically once the update is live.
