Using Cyberduck for Manual SFTP File Transfers

Cyberduck allows you to manually move files into SFTP server when uploading data into Uncountable. The client lets you browse the SFTP server like any other file system, making it easy to upload, download, or organize data that will be picked up by your configured uploader.

How to Set Up Cyberduck

  1. Download Cyberduck for your preferred operating system: https://cyberduck.io/download/
  2. Open Cyberduck after installation and click the button on the top modal “Open Connection”, or the + icon next to the pencil icon in the bottom left:


  3. Select connection type (SFTP, FTP, WebDAV, etc.) and add in credentials:


  4. Click “Connect” to establish the connection.
  5. Transfer Files — drag and drop files between your computer and the remote server.
  6. Disconnect when finished.
